China Agri-Business Limited (“China Agri-Business”) was incorporated in Australia on 3 May 2004.
The Company is focussed on business and trade development between China and Australia, mainly in the areas of agriculture and animal husbandry.
It is structured as a public company with the potential to raise substantial funds in Australia and internationally, either from individual investors or individual investors together with equity raisings on selected stock exchanges, if deemed appropriate.

Company Structure
China Agri-Business Limited has existing sheep and cattle operations and a breeding company and very soon the stockfeed arm of business in Australia.
Later we will set up an investment company if required and also an international trading company if this indeed needs to be quarantined from our main business. It may simply become part of the scope of a soon to be registered company in China (named below as Fortune Agri-Business for this demonstration purpose until we decide on the appropriate name for registration).

This Proposal introduces a development strategy developed by China Agri-Business, and it is uniquely focused on pragmatically helping China nation-wide, based on our proven Best in Australia, and perhaps the Best in the World ongoing success in sheep and meat cattle genetics, advance breeding knowledge and services, integrating with uniquely successful stock-feed production and stringent on-site feedlot animal raising and management.
